I agree to assume all risks as well as those of my family members and guests and save harmless Burlington Bocce Club and its officers from any and all claims for injuries or damage of any kind to person or property, by whomever suffered or asserted, resuting from or arising out of the use of BBC equipment and courts. I also consent to having my name and photograph posted on the club website; I will notify my league director or the club president if I decline to have my name and/or photo on the site. I further agree that I will abide by the Burlington Bocce Club rules; I will help maintain the courts and equipment; and I will always remain civil to and respective of my fellow club members.
