Tournament Info

All tournaments are held on Saturdays, with Sunday of the same weekends held as rain dates.

 

All tournaments cost $5 per person for participants, except for the two State tournaments which cost $10 per person.

All tournaments start at 9:30 am, with registration closing at 9:15 am, except Skills Tournament which starts at 10:30 am.

 


Vermont Italian Cultural Association (VICA) Dates

 

In addition to the above dates, VICA uses the courts for a monthly social on Sunday afternoons; these dates will be posted when available.

 

 

TOURNAMENT INFORMATION

 

Tournament registration is $5.00 per player except the State tournaments which are $10 per player.

Novice Tournaments are open to anyone who has not finished First or Second in previous BBC tournaments.

Open Tournaments are open to anyone. All ages and skill levels.

Seniors Tournaments are open to anyone 55+.

State Tournaments are open to anyone, that currently includes out of state players.

Skills Challenge is a set of 8 events testing your abilities, top scores at the end win.


Doubles League Picnic is limited to Doubles League participants. We welcome everyone to watch the Doubles League Playoffs.

 

 

TOURNAMENT RULES - New for 2025

  • The number of players (or teams for doubles tournaments) will determine whether the tournament is played as single- or double-elimination, as follows:
    • If there are 18 or less participating players (or teams), the tournament will be played as double-elimination.
    • If there are more than 18 participating players (or teams), the tournament will be played as single-elimination.
       
  • For all single-elimination tournaments, the first and last rounds will go to 9 points. All other rounds will go to 7 points.
