What beautiful weather we had Saturday as we played some bocce in honor of William Wells and to raise money for brain injury awareness, and suicide prevention.

When I think of community and friendship, the Bocce community is always toward the top! I know Will would’ve wanted us to have that fun, that is who he was!

13 teams played for delicious Reese’s peanut butter treats and what a wonderful outcome, considering it was a big wedding day for the Green league, new babies have joined the bocce community, several leagues have injuries and health needs, and it was also the same day as the Special Olympics. We're grateful for this turnout!

$256 was raised for the brain injury awareness and $362 for suicide prevention! Thank you all for your donations and support. Also, a special shout-out and thank you to Jennie Wafer, the winner of the 50-50 , for donating the winnings back to suicide prevention.
